The Hellenic Paralympic Committee (HPC) is the body responsible for the development and dissemination of the Paralympic Movement in Greece as well as for the selection, formation and delegation of national teams to the Paralympic Games.

Its main goal is the expansion of the Paralympic Movement in Greece and in this context, it provides incentives to motivate and encourage people with disabilities – and especially young people – to actively participate in sports, through their daily involvement with it.

It enables athletes with disabilities to test their strengths in order to achieve top performance, which among other things will offer them the opportunity to stand out and at the same time inspire.

From rehabilitation sports to high sports, the Hellenic Paralympic Committee wishes to offer opportunities to people with disabilities, to reach their full potential, to be distinguished and above all to feel the joy that sports offer. Through this process, it contributes actively to the socialization and equal integration in the society of people with disabilities, but also to the full acceptance and equal treatment by society. And all this through sports.
